1...Samples Policy:
We can supply some free samples ( total value under 10 USD) if you have a FedEx or DHL or TNT freight collected account and agree to pay the courier freight. If you don"t have a courier freight collected account, free samples are no offered, you need to send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T or Western Union.
If the total value of samples are more than 10 USD, you need to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.

2...Samples courier freight:
Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area. We would caculate and let you know the exact samples courier freight when you require samples.

3...How to Get samples
Please email or fax us the samples (products code,products name, models, quantity etc.) you want, We will make the proforma invoice and inform the total price you need to pay us.
After receive your payment, we will send samples to you within 3 working days.

Order Terms

1...Price Terms: FOB SHENZHEN
2...Payment terms: T/T (Wire Transfer) or pay by western union before delivery.
3...Currency Accepted: We accept USD, RMB, HKD, Euro, Pound, Default is USD.
4...Samples Terms: Samples are available. But buyers need to pay for samples and freight cost before samples sent. If you have a FedEx or DHL or TNT freight collected account.We don"t accept Free samples and Free cost.
5...Delivery Terms: Delivery time negotiable. Generally we will ship the goods within 3 working days after receiving your payment.

OEM And ODM Welcome

1...OEM Policy:

We can print your LOGO and custom packaging of our products, if you order exceeds 5, 000 units or above; the imprinting service and packaging will be free, otherwise it will be charge for printing and packaging at cost.
The procedure is very simple; after choosing the product, you must provide us your LOGO / Packaging ARTWORK (digital format PSD, AI) , and we will send you back a visual of the labeled product. If you accept the size and position, we will proceed to mass production.
